Peter Sullivan is Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Advisor of Lombard, based in San Francisco. He joined Lombard in 2000, and served as Managing Director for more than nine years.

Prior to Lombard, Mr. Sullivan served for more than 25 years with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) where he held various management level positions, including Vice President (Region East), Vice President (Operations), and General Counsel. Mr. Sullivan was appointed as Vice President by the ADB's Board of Directors in 1994 and was re-appointed as Ranking Vice President in 1999. As Vice President (Region East), Mr. Sullivan supervised a lending program ranging from $3 billion to $7 billion per annum, and a loan portfolio of about $24 billion, for the developing countries of East Asia, the Pacific, and Central Asia.

Mr. Sullivan has served as a board member of the Pacific Pension Institute and a number of other corporations and entities in the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Sullivan began his career as a lawyer with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of Princeton University (A.B. 1967) and Yale Law School (J.D. 1972).
