Central Pattana and Somboon Advance Technology received The Board of the Year Awards 2008/09 for Distinctive Practices program which was held by the Thai Institute of Directors Association in cooperation with The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), The Federation of Thai Industries, The Thai Banker’s Association, Thai Listed Companies Association, and Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations. Board of the Year for Distinctive Practices is an award that honors the board of directors that distinguishes itself in performing in accordance with good corporate governance principles and the SET’s criteria.
