Lombard Announces Investment in Asiasoft Corporation PCL

San Francisco, CA - June 2, 2008

Lombard Investments, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has invested approximately $11.7 million to acquire 10% of Southeast Asia’s leading online entertainment service provider, Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited (“Asiasoft”) (ticker: AS.BK), through a series of transactions involving new and existing common shares. Asiasoft will use the proceeds to fund expansion throughout Southeast Asia.

Established in 2001, Asiasoft is a leading online games operator enjoying a dominant market share in Thailand and Singapore, as well as ranking in the top three in Malaysia and Vietnam.
