Ticon Logistics Park Co Ltd leases out first building to be completed at Ticon Logistics Park

Ticon Logistics Park Co Ltd (TLP), a subsidiary of Ticon Industrial Connection Plc, has leased out the first building to be completed at the 450-rai Ticon Logistics Park at Km 39 of the Bang Na-Trat Highway, the Bangkok Post reports.

The 17,000-square-metre building will be occupied by two companies. Chantasia Co Ltd will occupy 6,000 sq m to distribute lingerie manufactured in Thailand, while MITS Logistics (formerly Mitsui Soko) will use 11,000 sq m as a distribution centre for home appliances.

Manop Charoenkajonkul, the general manager of Ticon Logistics, said there was strong interest in the next building, covering about 10,000 sq m and available in units of around 2,500 sq m, which would be finished in June.

In addition, five units of 1,250 sq m are due for completion in September. TLP is quoting rents from 165 to 190 baht per sq m per month, depending on type and specification.

Ticon Industrial Connection shares closed on May 10 on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at 17.70 baht, up 30 satang, in trade worth 13.69 million baht.
